On 26.06.2016, this Court had issued notice on first appeal as also civil application for condonation of delay. Thereafter, by order dated 19.06.2017, the application for condonation of delay was allowed. The appellant has also deposited the entire amount of compensation and by order dated 19.06.2017, this appeal was kept for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.
When this appeal is called out today, none appears for the respondents. Hence, place this appeal for final disposal/hearing on 16th January, 2018.
