1] The parties are ad idem that the order of which contempt is alleged is complied with.

2] The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is intentional delay in compliance. As such, the petitioner is entitled for compensation.

3] Without going into such issue, it will be appropriate, in our opinion, to dispose of the petition as the benefits as were directed to be given to the petitioner are already given to him. As such, contempt petition is disposed of.
