The petitioner was appointed in the year 1991 and thereafter from the year 1993 she was paid consolidated pay. She got superannuated in the year 2011. She was regularly got the wages as per the recommendation of the Pay Commission. After the retirement, she filed a complaint in the year 2012 for regularization as well as payment of pension, before the Industrial Court, the same was rejected on the ground that the Industrial Employment Standing Order are not applicable to the petitioner and therefore she is not entitled for regularisation. As far as pension is concerned, it is observed that the University to make recommendation to the Government in that regard.
