Learned Counsel for both sides were heard for substantial time.

2. During the course of hearing, learned Counsels for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 i.e., Original Revisionist before the Joint Charity Commissioner, on instructions, concede for setting aside the impugned order with further direction to relegate back the Revision before the Joint Charity Commissioner for decision afresh.

3. In view of above statement, Petition stands allowed. Impugned judgment and order dated 07.10.2024

passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur is set aside. Revision No. 42/2024 is relegated back to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur for decision afresh.

4. Both parties agree that the Revision be directed to be decided expeditiously. Hence, Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur is directed to decide Revision within a period of one month from today. Parties are directed to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner on 03.12.2024.

5. All issues sought to be agitated by the parties before the Joint Charity Commissioner are kept specifically open.

6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
