  1. Both parties agree that the Revision be directed to be decided expeditiously. Hence, Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur is directed to decide Revision within a period of one month from today. Parties are directed to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner on 03.12.2024.

  2. All issues sought to be agitated by the parties before the Joint Charity Commissioner are kept specifically open.

  3. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
