P.C.: The matter is placed on board in view of Praecipe dated 25.04.2023 filed by the Plaintiff seeking extension of time for deposit of cost, as directed on 13th April, 2023.
The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff submits that by order dated 13th April, 2023, Plaintiff was directed to pay cost of Rs. 500/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within a week. However, since he attended the mediation training from 17th April, 2023 to 21st April, 2023, the cost as directed could not be paid.
Considering the reason mentioned by the Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff, time is extended by one week to pay the cost, as directed.
Plaintiff to comply with directions dated 13th April, 2023.
