Counsel for defendant submits that eight weeks time was granted by the Court by order dated 23/6/2009 to deposit an amount of Rs 4,50,000/ in this Court. Counsel for defendants submits that he received a copy of the order late and, therefore, the said amount could not be deposited in this Court. He is seeking four weeks extension for depositing this amount in this Court.

Taking into consideration the peculiar facts and
circumstances, time to deposit the said amount in this Court is extended by four weeks from today. It is made clear that if this amount is not deposited within four weeks from today, liberty is granted to plaintiff to apply for further orders.
