P.C.: 1. Perused petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner being sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. Deceased said to have died at Mumbai on 11.04.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ms. Lakhyani, Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 20.12.2019. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Lakhyani, Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and both the son and daughter have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Maralina Joseph Francis one of Attesting Witnesses to the Will is filed. Advocate for petitioner has tendered Additional Affidavit of said Witness viz. Maralina Joseph Francis. The same is taken on record and returned to the Advocate for petitioner for filing in the Registry. Affidavit of Service of General Citation is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted. …...2
