2. I have gone through the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are in order and not contrary to law. I am satisfed that the Consent Terms have been signed by the parties of their own volition in

reflection of their true intentions. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation with today's date.

3. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

4. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

5. A scanned copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as Order No. 2 in this matter in today's date.
