2.The Defendant is absent despite notice. The Defendant has been using the word "Raymond" on banners and bills in an identical stylized manner. The Plaintiff has made out more than just a strong prima-facie case for infringement and passing off.

3.In the circumstances, ad-interim orders in terms of prayers (a) and (c).
