1. Mr.Samdani, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of defendant no.1 and Mr.Jain, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of defendant no.3 state that both the defendants would like to put in a short affidavit to oppose the ad interim relief.

• 2. Mr.Samdani states that there is an order passed in a suit instituted in the City Civil Court at Bombay. Copy of which order is annexed to the plaint and it states that both parties are directed to maintain statusquo in relation to the suit property. Mr.Samdani states that this order is operative till 18.12.2010 and therefore, there is no apprehension that the property would be disposed of or transferred.
• 3. By consent, Stand over to 16.12.2010 to appear under the same caption. Ad interim order passed by City Civil Court to operate till 18th December, 2010. It is directed that it will remain so without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties. Defendant no.1 and 3 waive service. Affidavit in reply to oppose ad interim relief be filed on or before 11.12.2010.
