1 Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 has tendered Affidavit of Rajni Mangesh Kudalkar w/o Petitioner (earlier known as Rajni Umesh Bhate). In view of the aforesaid Affidavit, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner does not want to press the Election Petition. He has tendered Affidavit of the Petitioner seeking to withdraw k

the Election Petition. In the circumstances, the Election Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

2 In view of the disposal of the Election Petition, nothing survives in the Application (L) No.34 of 2015 filed in the Election Petition and the same to stand disposed of.

3 The Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority, Mumbai, as costs within a period of two weeks from today.

4 List the Election Petition on 25 August 2016 in Chamber at 2.40 p.m. under the caption "for directions" for reporting compliance of the direction of payment of costs.
