ORDER :

1. Learned Advocate appearing for the Decree-holder states that the service of order dated 29th November 2022 by which this Court had granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) and for filing Disclosure Affidavit by Respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order has not been effected on the Respondent. Accordingly, time has been sought to serve the copy of

the order dated 29th November 2022 on the Respondent.

2. In view thereof, extension of time is granted to the Applicant/original Decree-holder to serve copy of the order dated 29th November 2022 on the Respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Disclosure Affidavit shall be filed by the Respondent within a period of four weeks from being served with the copy of the said order dated 29th November 2022.

4. Service shall be effected on the Respondent by all possible modes of service including by e-mail as well as other electrical modes of service including through RPAD.

5. The Applicant/original Decree-holder shall file Affidavit of Service to that effect on or before the next date.

6. Place the Interim Application on 16th March 2023.
