. This matter was called out yesterday. Since none appeared for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.1 of 2007, the matter was kept back to be called out today. Even today, none appears for the Petitioner. Ordinarily I am not inclined to adjourn a matter like this. The final hearing board is notified at least one week in advance. However, as and by way of special indulgence, the writ petitions are stood over to 28 June 2018. It is made clear that if there is default of appearance on the next occasion, the matter will be dismissed.
