• 2. Mr Adhe, Learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs, has supplied Mr Pandit with a copy of this Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in Support thereof.
• 4. As the Chamber Summons is for a formal amendment, list both the Chamber

Summons and Summons for Judgment on Friday, 12th July 2013 at 3.00 p.m. It is made clear that the Chamber Summons and Summons For Judgement will both be taken up on that day, in that sequence.
