P.C.: The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the citation upon Vaishali Sajid Sardar, daughter of the deceased, as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. As per Schedule, Petitioner is seeking publication of citation in two newspapers viz. one in "Free Press Journal" in English language and another in "Navshakti" in vernacular language.

Perused Affidavit-in-support, in which it is averred that the said Vaishali Sajid Sardar is the married daughter of the deceased and neither the Petitioner nor any of his family members is aware to the whereabouts of the said Vaishali Sajid Sardar. Hence, paper publication is the only option to serve citation upon her.

Perused averments made in the Petition. In Para. 10 of the Petition, it is mentioned that address of Vaishali Sajid Sardar, married daughter of the deceased is not known to the Petitioner.

Reasons mentioned in Affidavit-in-support annexed to the Chamber Order appear to be bonafide and therefore, the present Chamber Order is granted and signed separately.

Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required with the returnable date.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once the publication is done.
