P.C. :

1. This petition has been filed under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to substitute the sole arbitrator earlier appointed in view of the fact that the earlier Arbitrator has recused himself pursuant to his orders dated 1st July, 2016, 12th August, 2016 and 6th September, 2016 respectively.

2. Respondent No.5 is represented through an Advocate and who is also personally present in Court. He informs the Court that Respondent No.2 has expired in March, 2017. He further undertakes to furnish the names of the heirs of Respondent No.2 as well as their addresses. In addition to this, he further states that he shall also furnish correct addresses of Respondent No.1, 3 and 4 respectively.

3. In order to enable the petitioner to bring the heirs of Respondent no.2 on record as well as effect service on respondent No. 1, 3 and 4, stand over to 25th February, 2019.
