P.C.: Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Letters of Administration to the property and credits of deceased filed by petitioners both being sons of deceased. Deceased said to be died intestate at Mumbai on or about 18.12.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition.

Mr. Kadam, Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by two sons only who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation and Administration Bond is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

Office is directed to issue Letters of Administration subject to no cross petition or caveat is filed.
