1 The suit as against defendant no.1 has been withdrawn as settled pursuant to the order dated 29.3.2010.

2 As regards defendant no.2, Mr.Pratap Counsel for plaintiffs states that inadvertently writ of summons has not been served and seeks two weeks time to serve the writ of summons and also seeks for extension of returnable date. He said in the meanwhile, he shall also seek instructions as to whether the suit against defendant no.2 be prosecuted or not ? Returnable date is extended by 12 weeks from today.

Stand over for 16 weeks.
