The legal heirs of the respondent No.4, as per the Schedule annexed, be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

2. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4. Court notice be issued to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3, returnable on February 7, 2018.

3. Mr.Patel waives notice on behalf of respondent No.3. Copy of the petition be served on the counsel for respondent No.3.
