• i) The disputes arising out of the work orders issued by the Respondent Company to the Petitioner for the purpose of carrying out the plastering/tiling work are referred to the sole arbitration of Mr. Justice Kochar (Retired).
• ii) The Learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to pass her award within a period of four months from today.
• iii) The cost of the arbitration shall be borne by the parties equally.
• iv) All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.
• 2. Company Petition is accordingly disposed of.
