The learned counsel appears on behalf of Canara Bank and states that the dues of the Canara Bank have been paid and the proceedings filed by Canara Bank in the Debt Recovery Tribunal have been withdrawn. The learned counsel for the Canara Bank seeks two weeks time to file affidavit placing this position on record. As far as dues of M/s Media Circle Pvt. Ltd. are concerned, the learned counsel for the applicant states that two weeks time may be given by way of last chance. If there is no settlement between M/s Media Circle the matter will be proceeded on merits. Accordingly, at her request S.O to 8 August 2013.
