"(iii) The Court Receiver's seal shall be removed from the packets sealed and kept in the custody of the Defendant in the presence of the representative/s of the Plaintiff and shall be handed over to the Defendants, who shall unpack and unwrap the tablets at the factory premises located at Plot No. 9-10-11 and 20, Survey No. 53, Palghar (E), Dist. Palghar – 201 404, where the Plaintiff's representative may remain present. Thereafter, the impugned packets / wrappers shall be destroyed."
