.The plaintiff who is present in Court states that his Advocate Shankarrao J. Chavan has expired more than 3 years back and that thereafter, he has not taken any steps to appoint another Advocate in the matter. He is therefore given a last chance to appoint an Advocate in the matter within a period of 2 weeks from today.

2.It is made clear to the plaintiff that if his newly appointed Advocate fails to appear on 26th February 2009 or that the plaintiff himself is not in a position to proceed with the suit, suit would be dismissed.

3.Stand over to 26th February 2009 for directions.
