1. Advocate for the plaintiff is present. He states that though the defendants have been served, the vakalatnama of the defendants is under objection. The objection has not been removed. Nobody is present for the defendants. No reply is filed. The claim of the plaintiff is for Rs.80,000/- and odd. Therefore, the Summons for Judgment is made absolute as prayed for in the absence of defendants and disposed of. In view of that matter, the suit stands decreed as prayed for with 12% future interest from the date of the suit till realisation and costs. Permissible court fee be refunded to the plaintiff as per rules. Certified copy expedited.
