After hearing learned counsel for the parties for some time, Mr.Bali, learned counsel appearing for the applicant in the present notice of motion submits that, in order to answer the contentions raised on behalf of the plaintiff, certain documents may be permitted to be placed on record along with a short affidavit. This would be in the aid of the prayers made in the present notice of motion.

2. A short affidavit along with relevant documents be filed on behalf of the applicant within two weeks from today.
