P.C.: This matter is placed on board for speaking to the Minutes of Order dated 12th September, 2013 passed before this forum.

As per said order, Petitioner was directed to deposit original Fixed Deposit Receipt and original certificate, as mentioned in the said order with the office of Prothonotary and Senior Master.

Advocate for Petitioner informs that at the time of depositing the said Fixed Deposit Receipt to Testamentary Department, it was directed to deposit the same with the Accounts Officer. Hence, Advocate for Petitioner has written praecipe for placing the matter for speaking to the Minutes of Order seeking direction for depositing Fixed Deposit Receipt and original Certificate with the Accounts Officer.

Since, Petitioner is depositing Fixed Deposit Receipt with original Certificate, the same need not be deposited with the Accounts Officer.

Master (Adm.) Testamentary Department is, therefore, directed to accept the aforesaid Fixed Deposit Receipt with original Certificate and keep the same in safe custody. Hence, no further order.
