the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber
Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :
"(a) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to intervene in the above Admiralty Suit and appropriate directions to the Plaintiff be given to implead the Applicant as Defendant No. 4 and carry out all necessary and consequential amendments in the present Suit."
