P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Letters of Administration to the property and credits of deceased filed by petitioner being widow of deceased. Deceased said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 12.10.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.
- Mr. Nawadkar, Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, two sons and one married daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.
- Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation and Administration Bond are filed through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
- Office to issue Letters of Administration expeditiously as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any caveat is filed.
