1 Vide Order dated 30th January 2019, this Court (Coram: Smt.Sadhana S. Jadhav, J) was pleased to adjourn the matter in order to enable the parties to explore the possible of amicable settlement.

2 Shri.Deore, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that as yet his client has not heard anything in respect of 'amicable settlement'.

3 The learned Counsel appearing for the contesting respondents submits that efforts of settling the matter with the members of the Managing Committee of the Housing Society are being taken.

4 The respondents to report whether the matter is being settled or not and the particulars about the settlement by two weeks.

5 Stand over to 26th February 2019.
