I have gone through the bail order. I am informed that a charge has already been framed in the matter and the trial is likely to proceed.

Under the circumstances, the condition requiring the Applicant to report to the L.T. Marg Police Station everyday is modified. The Applicant shall be required to attend the L.T. Marg Police Station only on the first and third Monday of every calendar month.
