2. Having heard Ms. Thakur, learned advocate for the applicants and Mr. Prabhakaran, learned advocate for the respondents in the interim application, we grant the prayers made therein. Office is directed to effect amendment in the cause title of the writ petition as indicated in prayers (a) and (b) of the interim application.

4. Mr. Prabhakaran, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has received copy of the reply affidavit minutes before and that he would like to peruse the same before instructing the petitioner, if at all, to file a rejoinder affidavit.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, we adjourn hearing of this writ petition till 30th November 2022.

6. If the petitioner is advised, she may file rejoinder affidavit by 23rd November 2022.
