. Our attention is invited by Advocate Mr. Swapnil Ovalekar that he is appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the interest of Appellant No.1-Rizwana Firoz Khan. The counsel assures that he shall bring it to the notice of the said Committee that there are two appellants in the Criminal Appeal No. 867 of 2018 and accordingly, prevail upon the said office to issue correct appointment order.
