3. These are the applications for brining heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.2 Mr.P.T.Anklesaria, since deceased, on record. Office remark shows that respondent No.2C and 2G is the same person. Respondent No. 2D and 2E is also the same person. The

names of respondent 2E & 2G are deleted as per leave granted by this Court as per order dated 03/02/2012. On behalf of respondents 2A, 2C, 2D and 2F, M/s.Bilawala & Co have filed appearance. Respondent No.2B is served through publication.

4. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the applications, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (ai), (b), (c) with no order as to costs.

5. Amendment in the main appeals shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
