2. None of the learned A.P.P.s attached to this Court are present. It is told that Learned A.P.P. Shri Dedhia and Shri Agarkar have gone to Mantralaya for their interview.

3. During pendency of Anticipatory Bail Application, there is interim protection granted to Applicant vide order dated 9th March, 2023. Copy is filed and the same is marked as Annexure-X. Whereas, as per the order dated 17th April, 2023, his Application No.37 of 2023 is rejected and an ad-interim is vacated. The offence is under Satish Sangar 1/2 Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"].

4. It is claimed that the present Applicant has got no role to play except signing as a witness to the gift deed in question. So, let an interim protection be granted to him.

O R D E R

• (i) In case of an arrest in connection with C.R. No. 143 of 2023 registered with Vaduj Police Station – Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of IPC, the Applicant - Rohit Pratap Shinde be released on furnishing personal bond and surety bond of Rs.15,000/-.
• (ii) Applicant is directed to cooperate the Police as and when required.
• 5. Let matter be kept on 20 th July, 2023.
• 6. Let copy of this order be served on Police by the Applicant.
• 7. All the parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
