1. Heard Mr. Pai, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners and Ms. Kapadia, learned counsel for the MCGM.

2. After hearing for some time it is agreed that the present bunch of Petitions is directed against the interlocutory order interalia pertaining to the application seeking stay of the proceedings before the
Trial court. After perusing the order dated 08.12.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court (Coram: Mrs. Bharati Dangre, J.) relegating the present bunch of matters for the statutory enquiry before the Enquiry Officer-Respondent No.3 it will be difficult to revisit the issue agitated by the Petitioners. However the nature, scope and process of enquiry has been challenged by the Petitioners in the present bunch of Petitions. In that view of the matter, both the Advocates submit that the enquiry needs to be progressed on the basis of points for determination / issues.
3. Learned counsel shall endeavour and prepare points for determination / issues and submit the same to the Court before the next date. Petitioners are at liberty to file Application to implead the State as a party Respondent in the present case.
4. Stand over to 20th May, 2022. Liberty to apply.
