Mr. Thomas, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, makes a statement that he does not press the reliefs claimed in prayer clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the petition and he restricts this petition to the relief claimed in prayer clause (a) only. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out amendment accordingly within a period of two weeks from today and, thereafter, serve the copy of the amended petition upon all concerned.
