1 The learned counsel has taken out the civil application for bringing L.Rs. on record of 4A-Sakhubai Madhukar Korake. The learned counsel submits that all the proposed L.Rs. are served. The learned counsel submits that the department has taken objection that death extract/death certificate of the respondent no.4A- Sakhubai Madhukar Korake is not produced. He submits that the heirs are served but nobody is present and nobody has taken any objection to the same.

2 In view of this submission, production of death certificate is dispensed with.

3 Civil Application No.830/20 allowed in terms of prayers (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
