1. By order dated 30th August 2016, this First Appeal came to be admitted and the Appellant-Corporation was directed to file private paperbook within one year from the date of the order.

2. However, Registry has brought to the notice of this Court that, inadvertently, the said order is recorded under the cause-title of Civil Application No.2670 of 2016; instead of First Appeal (Stamp) No.10832 of 2016. Hence, the present First Appeal is placed under the caption "for speaking to the minutes".

3. Hence, it is directed that the cause-title of the order dated 30th August 2016, passed by this Court, be corrected as "First Appeal (Stamp) No.10832 of 2016". Earlier order be deleted and corrected order be uploaded on the server. Except correction in the cause-title, rest of the order remains in-tact.
