1. Heard Mr. Bapat, learned Senior Advocate appearing for Petitioner and Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate for Respondents. Perused the impugned Awards which are more or less identical in all these Writ Petitions.

2. I have perused the impugned orders and one strong feature is the fact that despite the learned Labour Court having held that the strike indulged by the workers on and from 13.04.2015 onwards was declared as illegal by order dated 17.03.2020, it is seen that the some Labour Court has passed the impugned Awards dated 17.03.2020 directing reinstatement of the workers with 50% back wages. An arguable case has been clearly made out by Mr. Bapat on the basis of the above submissions for grant of ad-interim relief.

3. However, at this stage, Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate

appearing for Respondents would request the Court that he has not received instructions from some of the Respondents / workers and he has not filed vakalatnama on their behalf as yet. Hence, he seeks some time to respond.

4. In the meanwhile, the execution proceedings before the learned Labour Court filed by the Respondents / workers is expressly stayed.

5. Stand over to 12th December, 2023.
