Heard Mr.Dhanure, learned counsel for the applicant and respondent no.1 appearing in person.

By order dated 5th May, 2011, the applicant was directed to prepare two sets of key of main entrance and hand over one of the sets to respondent no.1 within two weeks from the date of order. He further states that he has removed articles from the said premises. Mr.Dhanure has handed over one set of the key to respondent no.1 today in the Court. Respondent no.1 confirms receipt of key of main entrance. Respondent no.1 states that the petitioner has deposited the amount as per order dated 5th May, 2011 and he intends to take out Civil Application for withdrawal of the said amount.

It will be open to respondent no.1 to take out appropriate application and serve copy on the otherside.
