The Interim Application No.13549 of 2023 in Civil Revision Application No.308 of 2011 is filed seeking withdrawal of the decretal amount deposited in this Court. The Interim Application No.12750 of 2024 is filed in Civil Revision Application No.835 of 2014 also seeking similar relief for withdrawal of the amount which is deposited in the Small Causes Court.

Mr. Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General states that the S.L.P. has been filed before the Supreme Court with respect to the Order dated 12th March 2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Review Petition No. 1 of 2025 in Civil Revision Application No.111 of 2019. He states that the said S.L.P. will be listed before the Supreme Court shortly.

Mr. Prathamesh Bargude, learned counsel states that said Order dated 12th March 2025 passed in Review Petition No.1 of 2025 in Civil Revision Application No. 111 of 2019 will not be relevant for deciding the above Interim Applications. In the said
P.C.:
Review Petition, some additional documents were relied and a learned Single Judge has rejected the Review Petition.

There is substance in the said contention as in the Interim Application, prayer made is to allow withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court or before the Small Causes Court.

Mr. Bargude, learned Counsel for the Applicants and Mr. Ravinder Sehgal, Applicant, who is appearing in person states that they will give adequate security for the amount.

At the request of learned Additional Solicitor General, stand over to 22nd April 2025 as a last chance.

It is made clear that on the next date, relief in the Interim Application No.13549 of 2023 in Civil Revision Application No.308 of 2011 as well as the relief sought in the Interim Application No.12750 of 2024 in Civil Revision Application No.835 of 2014 will be considered.
