1 Learned Counsel for the parties state that the Respondent No.1 Head Master has expired and his legal heirs are already brought on record and there is no question of any reinstatement. The issue involved now is limited to back-wages. The Court is informed that the back-wages are already deposited in the Court. Both the learned Counsel state that the matter can be settled.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Management on the other hand states that he would also take instructions regarding settlement.
