Application No. 632 of 2015 has submitted that his client has complied with the directions issued by this Court by an order dated 18.06.2015 and has deposited the amount of Rs.7,50,000/ in the registry of the trial Court though belatedly. He further submitted that in view of the same the present application for extension of time for depositing the amount does not survive.

  1. This application is disposed of as infructuous.

  2. Criminal Application No. 16 of 2016 is preferred by the State for cancellation of bail granted to the accused for non compliance of the order dated 18.06.2015. In view of the deposit of the said amount by the accused in the registry of the trial Court, Criminal Application No. 16 of 2016 also does not survive and the same is disposed off as infructuous.
