2. This Appeal is preferred by the original Claimants for enhancement of compensation challenging the Judgment and Award dated 25th November, 2009 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 88 of 2004.

4. The Appellants are directed to file private paper book containing application under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition S. S. MORMARE 1 of 2 Act, Written Statement, Deposition of the parties, if any, and other important documents within a period of one year from today.

5. Printing is dispensed with.

6. If the private paper book containing application under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, Written Statement, Deposition of the parties, if any, and other important documents is not filed within a period of one year from today, the matter shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.
