WHEREAS the petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri G.Kalyan Chakravarthi, presented this Revision filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Criminal Revision Petition by setting aside the judgment dated 24-07-2018 passed in MC. No. 152 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Kalyan Chakravarthy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and the Public Prosecutor (TS) for the Respondent No.3, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 herein to show cause as to why this Criminal Revision Case should not be admitted.

You viz:
