WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through her counsel Sri T.P. Acharya, praying the High Court to initiate proceedings against the respondents herein, for willful, deliberate and intentional floating and violation of the Interim Orders dated : 18-06-2018 passed in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No. 19500 of 2018 and punish the respondents.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day; and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.P. Acharya, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice Before Admission to the respondents herein returnable in four (4) weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
