WHEREAS the petitioner has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his counsel Sri M. Venkat Reddy, praying the High Court to punish the respondent/accused for willfully and deliberately disobeying/flouting the orders of the Hon'ble High Court passed in Criminal Revision Case No. 2343 of 2013, dated 10-04-2017, and award the compensation to the petitioner as per the orders of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.RC. No. 2343 of 2013, dated 10-04-2017;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Venkat Reddy, Advocate for the petitioner, made the following;

ORDER:
