3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that this is a crime of the year 2015 and entire investigation is completed and charge-sheet is fi1ed'

4. As the crime is of the year 2015 and Criminal Petition is of 2016, question of canceling bail at this stage does not arrse.
