WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri S SURENDER REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ in the Nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the action of respondents 4 and 5 in calling the petitioner to the police station illegally and interfering in the civil matters without registering any crime and forcing the petitioner to settle the financial disputes with the Respondents 6 to 9, though the petitioner is not due of any amount to the Respondents 6 to 9, as nothing but illegal, arbitrary, unjust, abuse of process of law and consequently direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to harass the petitioner by calling him to the police station unnecessarily and not to interfere in the civil disputes in the interest of justice.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S SURENDER REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and AGP for Home, for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos.5 to 9 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to harass the petitioner by calling him to the police station unnecessarily and not to interfere in the civil disputes in the interest of justice pending disposal of the writ petition and to pass, pending disposal of WP No. 36904 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
