WHEREAS the petitioners has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through their Counsel Sri KOPPULA GOPAL, praying the High Court to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders dated 16.10.2017 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.34632 of 2017;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri KOPPULA GOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the respondents herein to show cause as to why this contempt case should not be admitted.
